Program Levels
L100
Clemco U Level 100 is a four-day introductory training held at our Washington, MO headquarters. Designed for distributors, employees, and partners, it blends classroom learning with hands-on experience. Participants learn abrasive blasting basics, equipment use, safety, and value-based selling—building confidence to represent Clemco and support customers.
L200
Clemco U Level 200 is a three-day advanced course held in Washington, MO for experienced distributors, with both classroom and hands-on training, to gain deeper sales insights & technical knowledge of Clemco Blast Cabinets, Blast Rooms, Automation and Robotics, culminating with learning the Clemco solution based sales approach.
L300
Clemco U Level 300 is advanced training for when the system is up and running. It focuses on break-fix troubleshooting, operational tuning, and keeping your Clemco equipment running at peak performance. You will learn how to diagnose issues fast, fine-tune system settings, and solve real-world problems with confidence.
